2. Processing Time (excluding mailing time):
Regular: 1-2 weeks
Urgent: 2-3 business days

3.Procedure:
（1）U.S. Notary public
（2）State Secretary Apostille

4.Required Materials:
(1) Birthday/Marriage Certificate issued by the States
(2) A scanned copy of passport
