為助力建設(shè)大灣區(qū)高水平人才高地，幫助外籍博士了解中國(guó)永久居留政策，4月2日下午由深圳市出入境管理局及深圳市移民事務(wù)服務(wù)廳-國(guó)際人才服務(wù)中心（以下簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)“服務(wù)中心”）主辦，羅湖區(qū)桂園街道辦協(xié)辦，在京基100大廈黨群服務(wù)中心為外籍人才舉辦博士申請(qǐng)中國(guó)永久居留政策宣講會(huì)。

宣講會(huì)上來(lái)自深圳市出入境管理局的警官及服務(wù)中心主任Olivia共同解讀中國(guó)永久居留最新政策，重點(diǎn)介紹了永久居留證的好處、申請(qǐng)條件、申請(qǐng)材料、申請(qǐng)流程、注意事項(xiàng)等，并在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了疑難解答。

針對(duì)2023年11月7日后中國(guó)加入海牙公約后的文件資料的變化，海牙認(rèn)證的流程及樣本等給出清晰的講解。

多名外籍博士表示，非常感謝政府部門(mén)針對(duì)新政策開(kāi)展英文的政策宣講活動(dòng)，不僅能夠無(wú)語(yǔ)言障礙的了解到最新的政策關(guān)資訊，同時(shí)也可以針對(duì)自己的疑難問(wèn)題得到面對(duì)面的權(quán)威解答。至此，服務(wù)中心已舉辦三場(chǎng)針對(duì)外籍博士申請(qǐng)中國(guó)永久居留身份證的政策講座，為吸引外籍高層次人才、留住高層次人才貢獻(xiàn)自己的力量。

據(jù)悉，服務(wù)中心由深圳市委組織部指導(dǎo)、深圳市出入境管理局及深圳市人才集團(tuán)所屬外服集團(tuán)具體落實(shí)的一站式全場(chǎng)景國(guó)際人才移民融入服務(wù)中心，旨在幫助來(lái)自世界各地的國(guó)際人才更好地融入中國(guó)，為他們?cè)谌A在深工作生活提供更多便利。該服務(wù)中心位于深圳市羅湖區(qū)解放路4016號(hào)出入境管理局行政服務(wù)大廳18、19號(hào)窗口。配備精通中英雙語(yǔ)的專(zhuān)業(yè)咨詢(xún)顧問(wèn)，能為來(lái)訪(fǎng)外籍人士提供永久居留、工作許可、居留許可、簽證、公證、國(guó)外無(wú)犯罪證明、海牙認(rèn)證（如美國(guó)、加拿大、澳大利亞、英國(guó)等20多國(guó)）、國(guó)外駐華領(lǐng)館認(rèn)證、人力資源、翻譯、駕照換領(lǐng)、醫(yī)療、商業(yè)保險(xiǎn)、子女教育、租房等近百余項(xiàng)涉及外國(guó)人相關(guān)事務(wù)的咨詢(xún)及辦理服務(wù)。
